If you wish to exchange or return your product to the store, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving the product by sending an email to rudolfs@rud3d.com. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.

To be eligible for a product exchange or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received, without any mechanical damage or scratches.

1. Product Return

For product returns, please send or deliver the product to the following address: Latvia, Riga, Kurzemes Prospekts 128-25, LV-1069, +371 26603682. using DPD service.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

1.2 Transaction Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received it. We will then inspect the product to confirm if it meets the above criteria for exchange or refund. If the refund is approved, you will receive a refund of the product’s value to the account from which the payment was received. Refunds will be processed within the next two weeks.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF GOODS

2.1. If you are a consumer as defined by the Consumer Protection Law (a natural person purchasing a product for purposes unrelated to their economic or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reasons, in accordance with the procedure established in Section 7 of the Consumer Protection Law and Regulation No. 255 “Distance Contract Regulations” of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia. You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product(s) by submitting a withdrawal request to ”rud3d”.

2.2. The withdrawal request is considered valid when it is sent in writing (electronically, in email format) and includes information about the returned item and the order number. The request must also include the user’s bank account number to receive the refund for the purchased goods. Upon receiving the withdrawal request via email, ”rud3d” will confirm its receipt to the user.

2.3. The user is considered to have met the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal (14 days) if the withdrawal request is sent to ”rud3d” before the expiration of the withdrawal period. In case of disputes, the user has the obligation to prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

2.4. After sending the withdrawal request, the user must return or deliver the product to ”rud3d” at the address: Latvia,Riga, Kurzemes Prospekts 128-25, LV-1069, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. This deadline is considered met if the user returns or delivers the product before the end of the 14-day period.

2.5. ”rud3d” undertakes to refund the user the amount paid for the product without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the user’s withdrawal request. ”rud3d” will refund the amount by transferring it to the bank account specified by the user in the withdrawal form or, if not specified, to the account from which the payment for the product was received.

2.6. If, at the time of ordering the goods, the user has clearly expressed the wish to receive the goods using a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by ”rud3d”, ”rud3d” is not obliged to refund the user for any additional delivery costs.

2.7. ”rud3d” reserves the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid for the purchase until ”rud3d” has received the returned product from the user or has received confirmation from the user that the product has been sent back to ”rud3d”, depending on which action occurs first.

2.8. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the user. If, due to the nature of the product, it cannot be returned by post or parcel locker, the consumer bears all costs associated with the return of the product.

2.9. The user can exercise the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

2.10.1. The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, and the user must not have opened the packaging;

2.10.2. The product must not be damaged;

2.10.3. The product must not have been used and must retain its commercial appearance (including labels, protective films, etc.). This does not apply to products that were already damaged at the time of delivery, for which the user has indicated complaints upon receiving the product;

2.10.4. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt.

2.11. ”rud3d” has the right to refuse to accept the return of the product if the deadlines for returning the product have not been observed.

2.12. The user is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The user is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product due to its use in a manner that is not consistent with the principles of good faith, including its use for purposes other than ascertaining the characteristics or operation of the product. The product must be undamaged, retain its appearance (labels, unopened protective films, etc.), and be unused. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same configuration as it was received, and with the purchase document and other accessories that were attached to the product at the time of receipt. If the product is not fully assembled, is damaged, improperly packaged, ”rud3d” has the right to refuse the return of the product and not to refund the user for the amount paid for the product.
